Terms & Conditions — Songeet

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Songeet mobile application (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use Songeet.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws of India.

2. Nature of the App

  • Songeet is a skill-based musical quiz app created for entertainment purposes.
  • The app does not involve real-money gaming, gambling, or betting.
  • Performance depends on user skill, knowledge, and participation.

3. Account Registration & OTP Login

  • Users must sign up using a valid mobile number verified via OTP.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • Only one account per user is permitted.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Songeet offers optional paid subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions are optional and are only required to access premium quizzes and enhanced level-up experience features of the app.
  • Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payment Gateway.
  • Subscription pricing, duration, and benefits are displayed within the app.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to platform and payment partner policies.

5. Rewards

  • Rewards and tokens are virtual items used within the app and do not represent real money or cash winnings within Songeet.
  • Rewards are not guaranteed at every level, quiz, or participation and are subject to availability and promotional conditions.
  • Some rewards may include promotional Amazon e-Gift Vouchers. Once issued, such vouchers are governed entirely by Amazon’s terms and conditions.
  • Songeet does not provide cash withdrawals. Any balance added to Amazon Pay using an e-Gift Voucher is managed by Amazon and is outside the control of Songeet.
  • Rewards, vouchers, and tokens are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash within the app.
  • Songeet reserves the right to modify, replace, limit, or discontinue any reward or reward system at any time without prior notice.

6. Fair Play & No Bots Policy

  • Use of bots, automation, scripts, or unfair means is strictly prohibited.
  • Any attempt to manipulate gameplay or rewards may result in account suspension.

7. Music Content & Copyright

  • Songeet uses the YouTube Player API to stream music content.
  • All music rights belong to their respective content creators and copyright owners.
  • We respect and support original content creators.
  • Users may not download, reproduce, or redistribute any music content.

8. User Conduct

  • No abusive, offensive, or unlawful behavior.
  • No hacking, reverse engineering, or exploitation of the app.
  • No impersonation or false information.

9. Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
  • In such cases, rewards or tokens may be forfeited.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or availability of rewards.
  • Songeet shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

12. Account Deletion

Users may request account and data deletion as described on our Account Deletion page or by contacting support.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
